A rare Art Nouveau Vase of beaten copper supported by a wrought and hammered iron base of intertwined sepents. Unmarked.
Welsberg, Southern Tyrol. Circa 1900.
Peter Dorner (1857-1931) was blacksmith known as the "Snake-smith from Welsberg" who created many designs of intertwines snakes in wrought iron.
CONDITION: Very good antique condition.
