A good quality cameo glass vase of bottle form with inverted rim. The mid blue ground overlaid with deep violet then acid etched and wheel carved with a design of lilies. Signed ‘D’Argental’ in cameo.

‘D’Argental’ was the trade name for cameo glass produced at the glassworks of St Louis under the direction of Paul Nicolas, a former employee of Emile Galle,
