An antique porcelain Imari bowl with scalloped rim. The decorated underglaze blue body hand painted in Imari enamel colours of iron red, green & gold with 'Hoo-oo' birds (Phoenix), dlowers & other Japanese decorative motifs.

Japanese - Mid 19th Century / Edo Period

CONDITION: Very good antique condition, wear to rim gilding & minor enamel wear.
