Galle - Vase 'Sauterelle'

A rare cameo glass vase of bottlle form with an elongated neck and funnel rim. The clear frosted glass overlaid with chartreuse and deep violet then acid etched and wheel carved with a floral & foliate design and a large grasshopper. A small dragonfly on the neck. Signed Galle in cameo.

French, circa 1920.
